Gluten and Sediment Balance
It has 0,01 precision. It may conduct measurement between 0-300 gr. It has computer and printer connections. It is used in both gluten and general measurements.

Muffule Furnace
	General purpose muffule furnace with MF series is used in several different sectors such as metal, ceramics and food industry, jewellery and dentistry. Muffule furnaces are used in operations of glazed time, porcelain cooking; annealing, stress relieving; hardening and tempering; melting aluminium alloys, precision metals not containing iron and it has an ideal structure for several test conducted in research, development and production. Cover movement of MF 120 keeps off hot surface of cover for the user for mobile, safe and easy loading. As an additional safety characteristic, energy delivered to heaters is disconnected when the cover is opened. The studies conducted are precise and reliable due to control system with programmable micro processing. There are two separate indicators for temperature and time.
Analytical Balance
It has 0,0001 precision. Measurement between 0-220 gr may be made. It has automatic internal calibration. It has computer and printer connection. Balances with 0,01 precision are used for conducting gluten and sediment analyses in flour factories and balances with 0,0001 precision are used for conducting ash analysis.
Roller Mill
		It is roller laboratory mill. It works with 60-70 % efficiency and it delivers bran and flour into separate housings. It may grind both annealed and non-annealed wheat. Roller balls are in 62 Rockwell hardness and no corrosion occurs within time. Since obtained flour quality is close to factory flour quality, it enables healthy blended works.
NIR Analysers - CROPSCAN 2000B Model
The device is used for allocation of wheat protein in Product Analysis Laboratory in our institution. There is no need to use any chemical during analysis. Only placing your sample into housing will be enough. The device carries out measurement in 720-1100 mm wave lengths. It performs reading process to 9 different areas of sample and it shows read values in digital screen of device. In this way, homogenization of sample shall be able to be controlled. It is portable and analysis may be conducted in fields and laboratories. It has strong plastic body and it can be carried safely. Since there are no moving parts in device, its carrying and location changes do not pose any problem. Results are obtained with high precision. Sample caps to be used according to the product to be analyzed are different. In this way, analysis of different products may be conducted by only replacing sample cap instead of using a separate device for each product.
It has wide range of product. Device can be connected to computer with RS232 cable and if desired, measurement values can be stored in computer and calibration values can be transferred from computer to device. Since it measures light absorbed not reflecting in flour ash analysis, it yields more precise results.
